A Property Compliance and Hygiene Assessment is a single, structured visit that results in a report specifically for landlords and property agents.

Health and Safety of the Home: What issues are most likely to concern local authorities or tenants, based on the principles of the HHSRS (without the full formal rating)?

Traditional differ Condition Survey
Traditional appraisals (property purchase, inventory, etc.) are generally geared towards buyers and mortgage lenders. While important, they don't consider home owner responsibilities, tenant expectations, or Awaab-type obligations.
My appraisals are:
Landlord-focused: They specifically examine the issues that are causing complaints, damages, and notices.
Action-oriented: You receive a list of practical solutions and priorities, not just a list of defects.
Compliant: They are based on HHSRS (Health and Safety Regulatory Standards), health and safety standards, and energy efficiency standards, but are not intended to be a municipal inspection or an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
Independent: I do not offer repair services; my role is to provide you with clear and unbiased advice.
